My name is Jeannette Ulloa, and I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing at Southern New Hampshire University. I am also a U.S. Army veteran, a wife of 22 years, a mother, and a full-time Team Supervisor with Wawa.
My professional journey has taught me the importance of leadership, customer service, adaptability, and understanding people. As I continue my education, my goal is to transition from store-level operations into a corporate career where I can combine my real-world business experience with marketing strategy, digital technology, customer engagement, and data-driven decision-making.
I created Marketing in Motion as a space to connect what I am learning in the classroom with what I see happening in the real business world. Mobile apps, loyalty programs, social media, digital promotions, customer data, and emerging technologies have changed the way companies communicate with consumers. I am especially interested in how businesses use these tools to build stronger customer relationships, increase brand awareness, improve the customer experience, and influence purchasing decisions.
Through this blog, I will share course projects, marketing observations, case studies, and real-world examples that help demonstrate how marketing continues to evolve. My goal is not only to complete my academic work, but also to build a professional portfolio that reflects my growth as a business and marketing professional.
From the classroom to the real world, marketing is always in motion.
